HEAD CURRY CHEF – £21000 – £26000 a year full time.

We have a very busy established business in Rochdale – A1 Fish & Chips. We serve individuals and businesses. We also organise and cater for large asian parties and other parties.

Role and duties: Plan menus, prepared season and cook food stuff or oversea their potential preparation and monitors the quality of finished Asain curries, especially dishes such as chicken curries, mutton curries and large portions.

Supervise, organise and instructs kitchen staff and manage them. 

Ensure all relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are met and maintained within the kitchen area.

Plan and coordinate kitchen work for such as fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment and utensils.

Schedule: Monday to Friday – Ability to relocate to Rochdale & commute to our takeaway in important.
